Dongli Song, MD, PhD

Dongli Song is Director of Newborn Research, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center; Affiliated Clinical Associate Professor, Department of Pediatrics, Stanford University School of Medicine Dr. Song received her medical degree from Peking University School of Medicine (formerly Beijing Medical College) and her PhD in Molecular and Medical Genetics from the University of Toronto. Dr. Song is a board-certified pediatrician and specialized in perinatal-neonatal medicine. She has over 30 years’ experience in clinical practice and research, as well as R & D in biotechnology. Her clinical and research focus is to develop and implement innovative therapies in newborns to improve neurodevelopment.
