RICHARD P. WENNBERG, M.D.

Dr. Richard P. Wennberg is Professor Emeritus of Pediatrics from the University of California, Davis. and Emeritus Clinic Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Washington. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in physiology from Stanford University and his medical degree from University of Washington School of Medicine. Dr. Wennberg is a renowned neonatologist. His research has focused for more than 40 years on management of jaundice, unbound bilirubin and bilirubin toxicity. Dr. Wennberg has published over 70 articles in the field bilirubin transport and toxicity. Dr. Wennberg is now working as an international consultant. He is also President of Bilimetrix-USA, LLC.
