Mr. Johnk has 35 years of executive management experience in technology driven medical organizations from start-up through acquisition. His experience includes functional responsibility for accounting, finance, computer information systems, human resources, business development, risk management, product development as well as contract manufacturing. Mr. Johnk has served as the President of Aesthetic Solutions, Inc., a medical device company. General Manager of Allerderm Laboratories, a manufacturer and distributor of dermatological products. CFO and founding member of Signal Stream  Technologies, Inc. developer of DICOM medical imaging interfaces (acquired by Merge Technologies, Inc.) and Manager of Finance and Administration and founding member of Oclassen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (acquired by Watson Pharmaceuticals). Mr. Johnk holds a degree in Finance and Accounting.
